Maris Group also provide service for Grit blasting for surface preparation before painting or coating. Dry abrasive like steel grit bombarded on contaminated surface through nozzle. It clean the surface from rust, paint, dirt, grease etc. and expose parent material. We do grit blasting heavy as well as light Steel structures & pipes, all kind of vessels, MS Frame etc.
Typical grit blasting applications include on roughening surfaces in preparation for thermal spraying, painting, bonding and other coating operations, removing rust, scale, sand & paint. Painting is an important system to protect all kind of products; after blasting with primer coat the sections must be painted depending on the required coating thickness, usually ship sections are painted with three to five coats.
